We know that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions we take.
Women and underrepresented people are not expected to achieve pay equity for over 200 years globally.
We can't afford to wait. We launched the Pay Equity Now Foundation to work together and fight for pay equity in our lifetime.
Pay Equity Now Pledge
We will audit hiring, leveling, job assignment, pay, and promotion outcomes, looking for evidence of racial or gender inequity.
We will take corrective action to pay equitably each and every year, and at every new acquisition.
We acknowledge that bias exists in all humans and human-made systems, and the pay gap is a symptom we must actively treat now, while also working toward eradicating the root causes.
